Delete your account · Petophilla

You can permanently delete your Petophilla account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1, In the app (instant)

Open Petophilla and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Option 2, By email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you, normally within 30 days:

Or write to karkisinghg88@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the email on your account.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, name, phone, city).
Your pet profiles and their health logs (food, weight, walks, vaccinations).
Your posts, reels, stories, comments, and chat messages.
Your uploaded photos and videos.
Your buddy/mate connections, saved items, and marketplace listings.

What we may keep: limited records the law requires us to retain, for example payment/transaction records for tax and accounting, for the legally required period. These are not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
